My client focus is primarily on small to mid-sized organizations, individuals in middle-upper management roles (if you're into titles, think "Manager" or "Director" roles), and emerging leaders or individual contributors who may have just entered leadership roles. I enjoy working with anyone who needs support, but I am especially interested in partnering with LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and women-centric organizations in nonprofit and for-profit sectors.
